30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Bodo Wellness Technology offers a 30 day return policy on most items we sell. Please see below for further details.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We would be happy to return any products purchased from our online store if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors.

Note that returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping and delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We would be happy to return any product purchased from any of our retail showrooms if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Simply bring your product and its accompanying invoice to any of our showrooms for return or exchange.

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on pillows, pillow protectors and mattress protectors.

As per our Floor model agreement, floor models and demonstration items are final sale and are not applicable for exchange or return.

WARRANTY

For an IntelliBED warranty request please fill out the IntelliBED Warranty Form.

For any Sauna/Massage Chair/Hypervibe defect that you feel falls under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage, please submit a technical support request.

For any other¬†product defect that you feel falls under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage, please contact the nearest store for instructions.
