What is your return policy?

We appreciate your commitment to our mission to provide the very best health and wellness technologies the world has to offer. Our goal is to find the right product to suit your particular health, sleep and wellness criteria.

Bodo Wellness Technology offers a 30 day return policy on most items we sell. Please click on the following link for further information on returns.

How do I start a warranty claim on an item?

Bodo Wellness Technology and our vendors are proud to stand behind the products we sell. If you feel as though a product defect falls under the manufacturer’s warranty period, please visit our warranty and returns page.

How do I know if a product defect is covered by warranty?

I lost my owners manual - can I request a new one?

The ease in which you use your product is important to us. We are pleased to offer free downloads of the most commonly requested owners manuals to get you back to using your products as soon as possible. Please visit our product manuals page to find the appropriate manual.

How do I navigate your website?

We appreciate your commitment to our mission to provide the very best health and wellness technologies the world has to offer.  Our goal is to find the right product to suit your particular health, sleep and wellness criteria.  In order to ensure that your health and wellness needs are as affordable as possible, Bodo has teamed up with Desjardins financing to offer you a “Buy Now…Pay Over Time” program.

ORDER STATUS

How can I add items to an existing order?

To make changes to your order, please call us at 1.866.973.2636 or email us here. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes, however we would be pleased to help you create a new order.

I received the wrong item in my order.

We make every possible effort to ensure that you receive exactly what you order. Should you feel as though you have received the incorrect item, please call us at 1.866.973.2636 or email us and we would be more than happy to help.

 

PRIVACY

How do I sign up for e-mail?

Simply type your name into the newsletter signup field at the bottom right of the webpage or click here to subscribe.

How do I opt out of e-mails?

An unsubscribe or opt-out link can be found in the bottom of every email you will receive from Bodo Wellness Technology. You can also unsubscribe from our e-mail list at any time by following this unsubscribe link.

Is your site secure?

Bodo.ca is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, the highest standard in internet security. SSL encryption ensures that all data and transactions remain completely secure and confidential.

SHIPPING

My Country isn't listed as a shipping option.

Based on import and export laws, as well as duties and taxes, Bodo Wellness is only able to offer shipping to customers in Canada.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking link to track your order.

You may also log into your account for more information on your order status.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping on your order is calculated prior to completing your checkout. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where available shipping methods will be displayed.

My order didn't arrive.

If your order has been shipped and the tracking link shows your package as “Delivered” please contact the shipping company directly to determine what options are available.

How do I create an account?

Simply click on the “Login/Register” option in the top right hand corner of the webpage to create your Bodo Wellness Technology account or click here to set up an account.

What are my payment options?

Bodo Wellness Technology is pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal. Should you need to place an order using an alternate payment method, please contact our customer support at 1.866.973.2636 or email us here.

What currency are your prices in?

All product prices listed on bodo.ca are in Canadian Dollars and all order totals, including shipping are calculated in Canadian funds.

How can I get a copy of an invoice

Simply log into your account by clicking here. From your account dashboard, you are able to view recent orders, edit account details and manage your password.
